“The idea for the Salisbury Festival craft beer tasting comes from opening evolution craft Brewing Co.,” explains Jeff Trivits, Manager of the Sobo’s wine Beerstro, who, like Evo, owned by Southern concepts boys. “When they first opened, I put together a couple of small beer Festival behind Sobo’s to help promote the new brewery. Those two events only show Evo beers. Then I was approached by Brad Bellacicco in Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce about adding craft beer festival Salisbury Festival. “
The first year, the weather forced the festival in a room at the Centre of the old city fire station.
“Last year we did it at the Riverwalk and the location was perfect,” said Trivits. “It will be held there again this year.”
